Prof. Dr. Liang got his Sc.B (2000) and Ph.D (2005) at Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University, and then served here sequentially as assistant professor (2005), associate professor (2010), tenured associate professor (2016) and full professor (2020). He focused his research interests on lab on a chip (including organ on a chip and human on a chip), mass spectrometry and hyphenate techniques for pharmaceutical analysis and efficacy/safety assessment. He served as the Principal Investigator for several major projects funding by several national programs (MoST, MoE and NSFC). He published over 180 peer-reviewed papers in journals such as Nat. Protoc., Adv. Mater., Anal. Chem., Lab Chip with over 5000 citations in Web of Science, filed over 30 patents and trice winners of National Science and Technology Progress Award (2016, 2014, 2007). He has been elected as the Secretary-General of Chinese Association of Pharmaceutical Analysis Technology, the Chair of the Committee of Young Scientists of Beijing Physical & Chemistry Testing Technology Society, the Vice Chair of the Committee of Young Scientists of China Association of Instrumental Analysis (CAIA), Vice Chair of New Product Development Committee of China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the member of Analytical Pharmacology Committee of Chinese Pharmacological Society, member of the Committee of Young Scientists of Chinese Chemical Society(CCS) and ever served as the expert panel of National Food and Drug Safety Program, and the editorial board member of the Pharmacopoeia of P.R.China (English Edition) as well as several journals.
