研究方向为化学与生物分子工程,内容包括蛋白质构象调控及其在生物反应和分离过程中的应用、纳米酶制剂技术及其在工业生物催化中、土壤生物修复技术及其应用等。发表刊物论文180余篇,其中SCI收录110余篇,译著2部,国际学术专著章节3章,授权发明专利12项。培养全国优秀百篇博士论文1名。

研究方向
主要研究领域包括可再生资源利用、生物能源工程、发酵工程与技术、生物反应器等。在这些领域,迄今已发表论文190余篇,其中SCI收录100多篇;申请专利57项,其中已有49项获得授权。主持并参与了多项国家攻关、“863”、“973”、“国家重点工业性试验”、“国家高新技术产业化示范工程”、“对发展中国家科技援助”项目等多个纵向项目;并与国内外的多个企业合作进行项目研究。同时,与欧洲、美国、巴西、日本的众多国际同行专家进行了广泛的交流合作。2010年,与巴西里约热内卢联邦大学合作成立“清华大学中国-巴西气候变化与能源技术创新研究中心”,并开展了丰富多彩的活动和多项项目合作。

研究方向
长期从事“生物有机化学与化学生物学”的研究。研究重点是翻译后修饰多肽和蛋白质的合成,翻译后修饰对多肽和蛋白质结构与功能的影响,多肽、蛋白质非正常聚集的影响因素,并在此基础上探讨针对相关重大疾病治疗的新型活性分子的设计、合成与评价。作为通讯联系人,近年来在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., J. Bio. Chem., Chem. Biol.等国际学术刊物上发表科研论文一百余篇。教材1本,译著3本。在国内、国际学术会议上做邀请报告和主旨报告30余次。
担任职务
科技部国家重大科学研究计划项目(973项目)首席科学家。
现任生命有机磷化学及化学生物学教育部重点实验室主任。
