研究方向:  

课题组主要聚焦于RNA的整合结构生物学研究。近年来我们发展了长链RNA的位点特异性标记技术(Nat.Commun. 2021PNAS 2020Chem. Sci. 2020),发展了长链RNA及其蛋白质复合物高级结构研究的整合方案;另一方面,我们整合运用小角X射线/中子散射、电子顺磁共振/核磁共振、X射线晶体学、单分子荧光共振能量转移/单分子生物纳米孔技术以及计算模拟,研究了黄病毒来源的功能RNA的高级结构、动态特性、相互作用与功能的关系(Biophys.J. 2022Nat.Commun. 2021Nat. Commun. 2020, EMBO Rep 2019)。此外,课题组在致病细菌功能性淀粉样蛋白的结构与形成机制方面也进行了有益探索(EMBO J. 2021JBC 2018)。课题组将继续开发RNA结构研究的新方法,并应用相关方法开展与重大疾病和关键生命过程密切相关的非编码RNA的结构生物学研究,开展基于结构的mRNA分子的理性设计与优化研究。
