研究方向

主要从事冷冻电子显微学理论和方法研究,着重于开发和利用最新的电子显微学技术,以提高冷冻电子显微学三维重构的分辨率到原子水平;同时致力于将电子显微学应用到结构生物学研究中去,以解决与结构相关的重要生物学问题。在生物方面,从事细菌外膜分泌系统的结构与功能研究。
