研究方向

长期开展1)天然产物的微生物合成与生物转化;2)工业微生物的抗逆重编程与工程应用;3)农业微生物菌剂工程的研究工作。在ACS Energy Lett ACS CatalN CAIChE JChem Eng SciMetabolic EngACS Synth BiolJBCAEMJ PhyChem Lett中国科学和化工学报等期刊发表论文220余篇,Web of Science引用超过3000次。获授权国家发明专利31项,近十年完成了4项技术的产业化应用与示范。

 

获奖荣誉

2004年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划2005年获霍英东青年基金奖2006年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2014年获得国家杰出青年科学基金,2017年获得侯德榜化工科技创新奖2017年遴选为全国生物工程学首席科学传播专家。获省部级科技成果奖励4项。组织并指导大学生的合成生物学作品连续7年获得美国MIT主办的国际遗传工程机器竞赛iGEM)金奖(2012-2019)。
