研究方向

植物病虫害影响植物产量与品质,造成严重农业经济损失。实验室研究聚焦于植物与病原微生物互作的分子机理。我们综合运用细胞生物学、生物信息学与结构生物学等多学科手段,旨在解析植物的免疫信号通路与病原菌的致病机制。在此基础上,我们利用合成生物学等技术,进行抗病植物的理性设计与智能改造,为应对重大病虫害、推动作物育种与生产提供理论与技术支撑。
