2004年          获清华大学自动化系学士学位

2009年          获清华大学自动化系博士学位

研究方向

主要从事生物信息学与系统生物学方面的研究，在基因调控网络、多层次异质数据融合等方面具有丰富的研究经验。目前主要从事microRNA调控网络、大规模生物医学数据的统计分析与模式发现的研究工作。已完成国家自然科学基金青年基金，现主持国家自然科学面上项目1项，作为学术骨干参加973、863和国家自然科学基金重点项目。
